the successful candidate will develop within the company to assist in all stages of crop planning, production, harvesting and packing and will ensure that the company achieve maximum operational efficiency while maintaining standards of excellence. There is a physical element required of the role while the ability to plan, lead and build relationships within the business and staff is also important. This is a hands on job and involves physical work often in cold wet weather.
